We've long been consumers of great quality coffee, and visitors to HQ may well have sampled some, so - we figured it was time to pass on some of our knowledge and expertise in what we think makes a great cup onto the Bowman Family.
For our Service Course blend, we went with a predominantly South American mix to make the most of the chocolate and nutty flavours that dominate beans from the continent, and added a touch of brightness to the fruity flavour with a dash of Kenyan beans. The blend works perfectly with milk - giving off that perfect 'Fruit and Nut' vibe that the Gaffer is always after - whilst still having enough about it to be very satisfying black.
